The Law and Motion Calendar reflects those matters set for law and motion hearings as contained in the SPB Appeals Case Tracking System (ACTS).

     • The calendar will automatically update from ACTS database on an hourly basis during business hours.
     • Please be aware that the ACTS database may not reflect recent orders issued by the Presiding ALJ concerning the status of a case.
     • Persons using this calendar are advised to re-check the website if requests or motions are pending.

          To search by case number, please use the Case Number search box. 
                   (Note: Cases are not listed by Appellant’s name. All parties receive a Notice of Hearing (NOH), and the online schedule is not intended to replace the NOH process).
